Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, and Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, H.E. Wang Yi, held the 9th China-African Union Strategic Dialogue at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa on 8 January 2026.
